  22. Not really.  While the two groups of people are not synonymous, the three
  23. cases go like this:

  25.     + overlap (no problem)

  27.     + know terminals but not emulations (useful to me, probably others)
  28.  
  29.     + know terminal emulations but not terminals (no use to me or anyone)
